Developer-Site Scope

This page describes baseline security practices for tropikal.dev and related developer services provided by TROPIKAL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. TROPIKAL AI platform and app services have a separate security page at tropikal.ai/security.

Baseline Approach

TROPIKAL uses reasonable safeguards such as HTTPS, access controls, protected secrets, service monitoring, security logging, and review of sensitive integrations. No internet service, alpha software, AI workflow, embedded widget, API, or connected system is risk-free.

Swiss-hosted by design

Tropikal.ai’s core platform data and managed AI processing run on Swiss infrastructure: Exoscale ch-dk-2 in Zurich and the Infomaniak API in Switzerland. Payment, email, analytics, Google, messaging, and customer-selected integrations may process selected data elsewhere.

Availability

Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, this site and developer-service materials may change, break, be removed, or be unavailable, and TROPIKAL does not promise uptime or error-free operation.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for managing their own accounts, permissions, uploaded data, connected systems, access credentials, end-user notices, and review of important service outputs before relying on them.

Records and Logs

TROPIKAL may keep inquiry records, project records, support records, security logs, billing records, and abuse-prevention records for accountability, investigation, billing, legal, and safety reasons. These records may survive deletion of related messages, files, or content where retention is needed.
