This Privacy Policy explains how TROPIKAL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, handles personal data when you visit tropikal.dev, use developer-site contact or booking forms, read content, request developer services, or communicate with us about this site.

Depending on how you use tropikal.dev, we may collect:

TROPIKAL may use AI-assisted tools to help draft responses, summarize inquiries, prepare project materials, or support developer services. AI features may send prompts, messages, files, metadata, and generated output to AI model, routing, embedding, or media providers.

Do not submit secrets, payment card data, regulated health data, government identifiers, children's data, or other sensitive or regulated data unless a signed agreement allows it and the service requires it.

6. Sharing and Service Providers

TROPIKAL may share personal data with providers that help operate this site and developer services, such as hosting, infrastructure, database, logging, security, AI model, payment, email, messaging, analytics, support, and customer-selected integration providers.

TROPIKAL may also share personal data with professional advisors, auditors, insurers, authorities where required or appropriate, or a successor if TROPIKAL is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or asset transfer.

TROPIKAL does not sell personal data and does not share personal data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

TROPIKAL uses reasonable safeguards intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet service, alpha software, AI workflow, or connected integration is risk-free.

This site and developer services are not intended for children under 16. Do not submit children's personal data unless a signed agreement and applicable law allow it.
