## Hourly Work Passes

- 28-Hour Work Pass: CHF 4,495, valid for 12 months.
- 56-Hour Work Pass: CHF 7,995, valid for 18 months; most popular.
- 120-Hour Work Pass: CHF 14,995, valid for 24 months; best rate.
- Prices exclude applicable taxes.
- Delivery time is assigned to customer tasks in 15-minute increments. Waiting and customer review use no time.
- The CHF 495 Blueprint is credited once toward a 56- or 120-Hour Work Pass purchased within 30 days after Blueprint delivery. It is not credited to the 28-Hour Work Pass.

## Managed services

- Website Care: CHF 195/month for one approved production website, including managed Swiss hosting, updates, daily backups, monitoring, and support.
- TROPIKAL Managed System: CHF 445/month, combining Website Care with Tropikal.ai Managed, agreed critical Job monitoring, and two monthly configuration hours.
- A critical incident is acknowledged and investigated within 12 clock hours; this is not a guaranteed resolution time.

## Tropikal.ai

- Essential: CHF 50/month, 500 monthly credits.
- Assisted: CHF 150/month, 2,000 monthly credits and one hour of configuration help.
- Managed: CHF 250/month, 5,000 monthly credits, two hours of configuration help, and proactive monitoring of agreed critical Jobs.
- Plans begin with a 30-day card-required trial. Service time is tracked in 15-minute increments and does not roll over.
- Components give people a way to interact. Jobs handle what happens next.

## Infrastructure

Swiss-hosted by design. Tropikal.ai’s core platform data and managed AI processing run on Swiss infrastructure: Exoscale in Zurich and Infomaniak in Switzerland. Connected third-party services may process selected data elsewhere.
